These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, coaching services, digital programs, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, including the VoiceMark Nexus™, Command Center™, Navigator™, Velocity Council™, and any related tools or content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Coaching & Advisory Services

• Our coaching, consulting, and advisory offerings are faith-based and educational in nature.

• We do not guarantee specific results, financial outcomes, or business growth. Your success depends on your own effort, capacity, and circumstances.

• Coaching is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. Always seek professional counsel where appropriate.

SaaS Platform & Software Access

• When you subscribe to or purchase our SaaS products (e.g., VoiceMark Nexus™, AI Memberships, or Velocity+), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or business purposes.

• You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit our software or proprietary frameworks.

• We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. Services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or issues beyond our control.

AI Tools & Generated Content

• Some Services use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to generate or enhance content. AI outputs may contain errors or omissions.

• You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

• You may not claim copyright ownership over AI-only content; only content with a significant human contribution may qualify for legal protection.

• By using our AI-enabled Services, you acknowledge that AI is a support tool, not a replacement for human judgment.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Services, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in unlawful activity.

Payments, Refunds & Subscriptions

• Payment terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

• Some coaching or SaaS packages may include guarantees (e.g., 40+ hours reclaimed/month). These are subject to stated conditions and do not apply universally.

• All other sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

Intellectual Property

• All content, frameworks, tools, software, text, graphics, and trademarks are the property of Kingdom CEO Shift and/or Caitlin Harris.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent, except where explicitly provided (e.g., templates or materials designated for client use).

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Services in the past 12 months.

FTC Disclosures

• Any testimonials, case studies, or success stories shared on our platforms reflect individual experiences. They are not guarantees of your results.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
